The Allen County has trained facilitators in all of Ohio’s Educator Evaluation systems. Districts and schools interested in affordable services from our certified trainers, may now take advantage of the following professional development opportunities:
Allen County ESC can provide:
- State Certified training for the Ohio Teacher Evaluation System (OTES), including ODE developed forms
- State Certified training for the Ohio Principal Evaluation System (OPES), including ODE developed forms
- Certified training for the electronic Teacher & Principal Evaluation System (eTPES)
Additional educator evaluation system training includes, but is not limited to:
- Student Learning Objectives (SLOs)
- Designing a Local Student Growth Measures (SGMs) Plan
- Writing Professional Growth Plans (PGPs)
- Walkthroughs
